We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. If a product arrives in a damaged condition, please inform us within 7 working days of delivery. To return an item by post, please send it to the following address:

DMMP Ltd, Manor Farm, Manor Lane, Peckleton, Leicestershire, LE9 7RJ.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original method of payment.

We will not accept returns or cancellations if the products have been altered in any way.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed, they must be returned in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

Please note that items must be returned with all of the pieces including the packaging and any cushions intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed. Please keep all packaging materials for your goods intact and do not dispose of them until you are happy that the product is correct, undamaged and working correctly.

You also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy, DMMP Ltd is fully compliant with EU distance selling regulations.
