We offer free shipping on orders over $50. All orders normally ship within 1-2 business days, provided all items are in stock. In the event an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email. Special order items may take additional time. We use USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be provided for all purchases so you will know exactly when your Bug's Ear package will arrive!

Shipping rates: We offer a $5 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50. We offer FREE shipping on all purchases over $50. (Site wide sales exclude free shipping offers.) An additional $15 fee applies for Priority/Expedited (2-3 business days) or $39 for Express (1-2 days) shipping. Please comment on your order if you have a special request.

International Shipping: We do offer international shipping for an additional $30 to Canada and $40 for Rest of the World. Priority and Express shipping are not offered to International orders.

Verification of Address: If for any reason we cannot verify an address through USPS or UPS, you will be notified via email. A refund will be issued if validated address cannot be obtained.

We take great pride in our products and hope you are delighted with your purchase from The Bug’s Ear. Items purchased online may be returned within 15 days from date of delivery. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your receipt up to 15 days from the purchase date for a full refund (less shipping costs and surcharges). Sale items and seasonal items may not be returned. Credit will be issued to the card on which the original charge was billed, provided items returned meet specifications previously stated.

For Mail-in Returns:

•Repack the item in its original box.

•Include invoice (or a photocopy) with the item(s) you are returning and reason for your return.

•Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. The Bug’s Ear cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our store.
