All in-stock orders are shipped on the same day, if ordered before 11am CT (excluding weekends/holidays).

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, an automatic email will be sent with shipment confirmation and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details.

Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.

International customs, duties, and taxes

We ship to Canada, Australia & the UK on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis which means all relevant local taxes and import duties are included in the price you pay, and you will not be responsible for any other charges. Damages & Lost Parcels

Dosey is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancelling or Modifying Order

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.

Pre Order

Pre order items are shipped once they are in stock. If your order includes a pre order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together on the date when all items in the order are available, we do not offer split shipments or partial deliveries for orders containing pre order items.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at hey@dosey.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All shipping costs are at the customer expense. Orders that receive free shipping will have the cost of original shipping deducted from the refund. If an order is to be partially refunded and the returned items drop the total order value to under the free shipping threshold, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancelling or Modifying Order

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Billing, Credit Card & Address Details

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure delivery address is entered correctly.Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays, costs or undelivered orders due to incorrect information.
