•Every piece goes through quality checks before it is packed and shipped.

•Cash on delivery is available across India. COD handling charges apply.

•Free domestic shipping is available on orders above ₹1,500.

•Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

•Most of our jewellery is made to order. In some cases, crafting and processing may take longer than the usual timeline.

•If you need your order by a particular date or require faster delivery, please contact our support team before placing your order. We will confirm availability and do our best to help.

•Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier service. Tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped.

International shipping

•We ship internationally and accept prepaid orders only for international deliveries.

•International shipping is charged at INR 2,500.

•International shipping is free on orders above INR 15,000.

•For pincodes in Australia, the shipping fee is INR 3,200.

•International orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

•Once the shipment clears customs, tracking information will be shared by email or your preferred mode of communication.

•The standard delivery timeline for international orders is up to 20 business days. Customs clearance or circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Customs duties and taxes

In addition to the shipping fee, local import duties, taxes or customs charges may be calculated by the destination country's Customs Office at the time of delivery. These charges are not controlled by Smith Jewels and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

International orders that do not qualify for a refund

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

•The shipment is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

•The shipment is undeliverable because an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number was provided when placing the order.

Smith Jewels Return & Exchange Policy

At Smith Jewels, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a hassle-free Return and Exchange policy for our products. Please find the details below:

General Policy- No Refund or Replacement: Please note that refunds or replacements are not applicable for customised or personalised orders.

Exchange or Refund Policy- If you wish to exchange your product, you can initiate a Return request and use the store credit issued against your returned product to order your desired item.- To initiate an exchange, please contact our team via WhatsApp at +91-7849916977 within 48 hours of receiving your order.- You can choose between store credit or a refund to the original payment method.- Shipping charges paid at the time of order will be deducted from the refund. If no shipping charges were paid due to a free shipping policy, Rs. 100 will be deducted from the product price.- Returns initiated by the Smith Jewels team will take 15-20 working days to process, and return pickup charges of Rs.150 will apply.- Refunds will be initiated only after the product has been received and inspected at our workshop, which typically takes 3-5 working days to reflect in your account.

Return PolicyA product is eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery in the following cases:- Damaged in Transit: If the product is damaged during transit, we will offer free doorstep pickup and provide a replacement of the same design.- Wrong Product Sent: If a wrong product has been sent, we will arrange for a free pickup and delivery of the correct item.- Design Defect: If your order has a design defect, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-7849916977 within 48 hours of delivery, including the order ID and a photo clearly showing the defect.

Non-Qualifying Design Defects:- Minor colour or design variations are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.- Natural oxidation of silver over time, caused by varying climatic and storage conditions, is not considered a defect.- Irregularities in semi-precious stones are natural and will not be considered manufacturing defects.

Cancellations & Address Changes- Cancellations or address changes are accepted only if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.- If a cancellation or address change is requested after dispatch, Rs. 200 will be deducted as a shipping charge from the refund/exchange value.

Third-Party Purchases- Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by their respective refund and return policies. Please escalate any issues to the concerned portal directly.
