How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is free for to Continental United States on orders over $89. A flat rate fee of $11.95 will be applied to orders under $89. We cover most of the cost for you and do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Where Do We Ship From?

Almost all orders ship directly from our warehouse in Northern Nevada, where we stock and fulfill the majority of the products we sell. If an item shows IN STOCK, it will ship the same day when ordered before 2 PM Pacific Time.

Larger items that require pallet or freight shipment may take additional time to process and ship.

How Long Does It Take?

After an order is processed, 2-5 business days for delivery is standard. Orders placed before 11am PST will leave our warehouse the ship same day.

We ship orders within the Continental United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, DPO.

Large Item Shipping Policy - LTL Shipments

We cover a significant portion of the freight cost to deliver large item. Items like these require extra handling and cost significantly more to ship. LTL shipments typically arrive in 5-7 days. Once your order has been released, the carrier will reach out to set up a delivery appointment.

Refusal of a shipment is not an acceptable means of returning or canceling an order. In the event of refusal, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to additional fees.

Shipping Damage

We take pride in our packaging and do everything possible to ensure items arrive undamaged and in the same condition they left. Upon receiving, inspect your product thoroughly for any shipping damage. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, have the carrier document the damage in writing on the BOL before signing anything. Ask the driver to return the item to its origin and contact us immediately.

If you have signed for and accepted the shipment without damage being reported, you may be responsible for the return freight charges.

Shipping Order Confirmations & Tracking

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped along with tracking information. If you don't receive this email, please contact us .

Shipping Back Ordered Items

In the unlikely event we're unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items we're unable to ship. You'll be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items.

GENERAL SITE RETURNS

SupplyStop accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of the original receipt date and will issue a refund for the product at the time of the return, only with a valid proof of purchase and photos of the product. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip.

Please reach out through our 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page to get the return process started. Please include your Order Number and reason for return. Return labels for general returns are not provided. We will send you a Return Good Authorization (RGA #) to include with your return to ensure efficient processing of your refund.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

•All products must be returned in original or unused condition with the product hang tags included (photos may be requested)

•Return authorization turn-around time is approximately 1 business days

•Refunds will be issued within 2 to 3 business day after receipt of your return

WHAT TO DO WHEN AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you notice damage upon opening the item (concealed damage), please reach out to us through the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. Photos may be requested. Carriers only allow two (2) business days after delivery to file a freight claim, so please contact us as soon as possible.
