Returns PolicyAt Cat Boxes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help facilitate a smooth return process.Return EligibilityItems must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Return Process1. Initiate a Return : Contact our customer service team at helen@catboxes.co.uk to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.2. Return Approval : Our team will review your return request and, upon approval, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.3. Packing & Shipping : Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.4. Return Tracking : We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Return CostsThe buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs unless the item has been received damaged or faulty. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item has arrived damaged or is faulty we will provide you with a return label and Cat Boxes will be responsible for the return costs.
