2. Returns Conditions

To qualify for a return:

•Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

•Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

•Items should be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

We cannot accept returns for:

•Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.

•Items made to order or customised.

•Hygiene-sensitive items (such as PPE, safety equipment, or opened consumables).

3. How to Return an Item

•We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

•Package the item securely and send it back to us within 14 days.

•Keep proof of postage until your return is processed.

4. Refunds
