Non-stock items or items made to order may take a little longer, we will contact you if this is the case. All UK orders are dispatched by courier although some local deliveries may be made in person by Tang & Co. If you require next-day delivery please contact us as on some products this can be provided at an extra cost.

If the item is urgent or a gift please leave a comment in the comments box when ordering.Please note your delivery will be attempted once, if you are not in you will be emailed and left a card to arrange the redelivery of the items. If you do not arrange the redelivery after 3 working days the items will be returned to us. Refunds and ReturnsYou are entitled to a product refund or exchange if your purchase is returned within 14 working days of receipt. We will not refund or exchange if the product is damaged, used or altered in any way. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
