You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. Please ensure that you send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s).

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP 1: Identify the items for return and create a mailing label by using our BloomChic Returns portal . Click Return to begin the return process and print your prepaid return label.

STEP 2: Prepare your package A. Pack your return securely and ensure the items are placed in their original internal packaging. B. Affix the return shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are visible.

STEP 3: Ship it Once your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping location.

WILL I BE CHARGED A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?

Yes, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return. The fees are as follows:

For customers in the US/Canada, the return shipping fee is $6.99 per return.

For customers in the UK, the return shipping fee is $3.99 per return.

For customers in other countries, please contact our customer service. We will reach out to you after you initiate the return.

To ensure the return shipping fee is applied correctly, please use the provided shipping label. Returns sent using other methods will not qualify for a refund of the return shipping fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We accept returns in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, unless the product is marked as non-returnable on the site. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with product tags and hygiene liners still attached. Some items are not returnable, such as bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (with the exception of scarves, bags, and hats).

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, return the current item and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
