Shipping All orders will be processed and shipped the next business day (Monday - Friday). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped including a  tracking number and link to follow your package. Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier, and we offer the lowest rate available. Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin when the carrier receives your package but can be delayed for a number of reasons beyond our control. We do not issue refunds on shipping costs and cannot control the length of time it takes to reach you. International orders may take extra time to deliver and we cannot anticipate extra charges being added at customs. You are responsible for any unforeseen charges that may be added. If you placed an order to anywhere outside of the US and paid for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, you should not have to pay any fees to receive your order. Refund policy If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know! We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at helpdesk@transtape.life . Please note that if you do not contact us to initiate your return, the order may be disposed of when it arrives at our fulfillment center. This does not apply to orders that are returned to the sender by the carrier. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please make sure your return has a tracking number. TransTape is not responsible for returns lost in the mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
