Sales Tax

NY, NC, MN, and CA Tax will be applied to your order. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. We don’t know the fulfillment location until after you place your order, so your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include taxes.

Shipping and Handling Charges

When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.

Guidecraft uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges. The shipping rules are based on actual rates defined by the carriers used. Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of the exact shipping charges for your order. Shipments that utilize LTL services will have extra charges, but you will be notified prior to shipment by our customer care department. Note all shipping rates do not include inside delivery, but only guarantees to the front door.

If you find it necessary to return an item, please contact customer service for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. This step will ensure that everything goes smoothly with your return. We are not able to accept returns without an RMA number.

Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed. If you have questions about the return authorization process, please contact our Customer Service Department .

Damaged Shipments

Examine your shipment carefully when it arrives! Please contact us within 15 days to report your receipt of any items with shipping damage or manufacturing defects. We’ll send a replacement right away and make arrangements for the return of the damaged items.

Defective Products

Guidecraft’s quality products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for a limited time. If a toy purchased from Guidecraft proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will send parts or replace the merchandise. Furniture items that prove to be defective in normal use within five years of purchase will be replaced.

Price Matching

Guidecraft strives to offer fair and consistent pricing. However, other retailers sometimes run different promotions and discounts that may vary from Guidecraft.com prices. Guidecraft does not match prices offered by other retailers nor do we honor Guidecraft.com promotions once they have expired.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Items may be returned for free up to 30 days from date of delivery if you are not satisfied. Returned items must arrive in original packaging and appear to be within normal use in order to receive a full refund.
