Paragon is pleased to offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders. Orders shipped within the continental United States and weighing under 70 pounds will qualify for free ground shipping.
All orders are shipped from Ann Arbor, Michigan, and are fully insured for the item’s value. In-stock orders placed by 2 PM EST will be shipped out of our warehouse by the end of the next business day. Pre-ordered and back-ordered products will ship the same day that we receive stock.
Paragon offers shipping services via UPS , FedEx, and USPS.

Returns from Paragon Sight & Sound
We offer a return for full refund or exchange if the product is defective, for up to 15 days of the ship date. If the unit has operational issues after this period, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or exchange. Please contact us for help and details.
If the product is not defective, we must be notified within 15 days of the ship date of the desire to return the product, and the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Paragon Customer Service through any of the following methods: by email at: info@paragonsns.com , or by phone at: (734) 662-3595.
When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging with all original parts & accessories, insure the package for the full amount, and ship via carrier of your choice to:
