shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. we are not liable for any delays in shipments. if we are unable to ship products within the time specified or thirty (30) days of a properly completed order, we may request your consent to a delay in shipping. absent this consent, we will cancel your order and provide a refund, including shipping fees, within seven (7) working days.

It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address information. we will not be liable if you supply us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

you will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. the costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website before you finalize your order, please check these carefully, you consent to this charge when you submit your order.

when your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. please note that products may arrive in separate parcels and may require a signature. the estimated delivery time will be confirmed to you in your dispatch confirmation email. if we do not meet this delivery time, you are entitled to cancel your order by emailing us at support@poacosmetics.com we may contact you to offer an alternative solution to reimbursement and re-delivery of your products. in the absence of your consent for an alternative, we will refund all amounts paid, including shipping fees, within fourteen (14) working days after the date on which your order is terminated for non-delivery.

A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery.

Delay and events beyond our controlWe will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control. if our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you to let you know. provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights or rights under this section.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@poacosmetics.com.

any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. if you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.

for any requests for refund, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at support@poacosmetics.com including details of: your name; your geographical address; the order number and reason for request; your phone number; and your email address.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Administrative Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 50% administrative restocking fee , which helps cover costs associated with order processing, payment processing fees, packaging, fulfillment, and return administration.

The restocking fee is deducted from your refund amount before the refund is processed.

In certain situations, POA Cosmetics may choose, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy as a customer service gesture. Any such exception does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future orders. By placing an order with POA Cosmetics, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The original shipping fees paid at checkout are not eligible for refund, even if the order is returned. Refunds are issued for eligible product(s) only, less any applicable administrative restocking fees.

Product Appearance, Colour and Personal Preference

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, swatches, descriptions and packaging shown on our website are accurate. However, the colour and appearance of a product may vary slightly due to screen settings, device displays, lighting, photography, manufacturing batches and packaging updates.

Cosmetic shades may also appear different depending on an individual’s skin tone, undertone, natural lip pigmentation, application method and amount applied. Sheer, tinted and buildable formulas are designed to interact with each person’s natural colouring and may not appear identical to website images or model photographs.

Individual experiences with colour, scent, texture, finish and product performance may vary. Personal preference—including expecting a product to appear lighter, darker, more opaque, less sheer, more glossy or otherwise different—is not considered a product defect.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed, swatched, tested or used cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to:

•Shade or colour preference

•Minor colour variation

•Scent or texture preference

•Finish, coverage or opacity preference

•A product not suiting an individual’s skin tone, undertone or natural lip colour

•A change of mind or accidental shade selection

•Results differing because of personal skin type, application method or individual experience

This policy applies to cosmetics, skincare, lip products, complexion products and other personal-care products sold by POA COSMETICS®.

This restriction does not apply if the customer received an incorrect product or if the product arrived damaged, defective or materially different from its description. Customers experiencing one of these issues must contact us at support@poacosmetics.com within 30 days of delivery and provide their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video where applicable.

Accessories and Merchandise

Unused accessories and merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags or protective films attached. Items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Logo, Trademark and Packaging Variations

As POA COSMETICS® transitioned from trademark application status to official registration, product branding may vary depending on the collection, production date and available inventory. Products may display the POA COSMETICS™, POA™ design name or logo, the POA COSMETICS®, POA® design name or logo, or the POA, POA COSMETICS name or logo without a trademark symbol.

These differences are authentic branding and packaging variations only and do not affect the product’s formula, quality, authenticity, size or intended performance. Customers may receive any of these versions while existing inventory is being fulfilled.

A difference in the displayed trademark symbol—such as ™, ®, or no symbol—is not considered a defect or an incorrect product and is not eligible for a return, exchange or refund on that basis alone. This does not affect your rights if you receive the wrong product or if the item arrives damaged or defective.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
