Orders placed before 3pm to be dispatched the same day, unless placed during seasonal periods or sale days where volumes increase, orders can take between 3-5 days to be dispatched.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. E.g. an order placed on Tuesday at 4pm will be dispatched on Wednesday and an order placed on Friday at 4pm will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Returns We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase upon receipt. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
