Delivery Information

•All orders must be paid in full before the scheduled delivery date.

•Some assembly may be required by the customer if merchandise remains in its original packaging.

•Our drivers will deliver, place, and set up your furniture in the room of your choice.

•Specific time requests (mornings, afternoons, or evenings) cannot be guaranteed.

•You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm your address.

•On the morning of your scheduled delivery date, delivery personnel will provide a delivery window of approximately 3–4 hours.

•Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions may occur and could impact the delivery timeframe.

•To reschedule or update your delivery address, please email elivery@belfurniture.com or call 832-358-8899 (Ext. 106 or 107) at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

•Cancellations within 48 hours or missed deliveries may result in a restocking or handling fee equal to the delivery charge.

•Clear the area where you would like your furniture placed before delivery.

•Our team does not move existing furniture or set up electronics.

•Disposal and recycling of all packing materials is included.

•Customers can choose to accept or decline items with visible damage upon delivery.

•Any damages (scratches, dents, tears, stains, etc.) must be documented on the delivery receipt and reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.

•The delivery driver must acknowledge and sign the damage report.

Pick-Up Information

•Check your invoice for pickup location details.

•Bring your receipt to the cashier counter for processing and warehouse instructions.

Provide a valid photo ID:

•Driver’s License

•State-Issued ID

•Federal Government Issued ID

•If someone else is picking up, their name must be listed in the order comments.

•Receive your warehouse ticket from the cashier.

•Park in a designated warehouse pickup lane.

•Present your warehouse ticket to a warehouse team member.

•Customer receipt and photo ID are required.

•Payments by check require management approval and bank verification.

•Pick-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis.

•Customers are responsible for assembly and set up after pick-up.

•Bel Furniture staff will assist with loading only—we are not responsible for securing merchandise or for any damages or injuries during loading.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, Warranties

At BEL Furniture, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer flexibility with every purchase. Customers have a 72-hour grace period from the date of purchase to cancel an order for a full refund—provided the merchandise has not yet been picked up or delivered. Cancellations made after this 72-hour window are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the merchandise value.If the merchandise has already been delivered or picked up, our 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return it within three days for a one-time re-selection of equal or greater value, with no restocking fees. If you choose to cancel the invoice instead of selecting new merchandise, a 25% cancellation fee will apply, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.Returned items must be free of damage and can be brought back to our warehouse, or we can schedule a pickup for an additional delivery fee. Once your return is processed, refunds may take 10–14 business days from the agreed return date. Please note: mattresses, mattress pads, clearance items, floor models, and other select items are excluded from this return policy and are not eligible for refund or exchange. All returns are subject to inspection, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of approved items, including applicable taxes. Delivery, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Warranties

Bel Furniture offers a 12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser for non-commercial use, covering a range of product categories to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. For upholstered and leather furniture, this warranty includes protection against defects in springs, frame construction, seam integrity, and the loss of foam cushion resiliency; however, it does not cover the replacement of fabric or leather materials. In the case of bedroom , dining room, and dinette furniture, the warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship, though it excludes issues related to finishes or normal wear and tear. Mattresses are protected under the specific warranty terms provided by their respective manufacturers, which may vary based on the brand and model purchased. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and product durability across all furniture categories.

180-Day Price Guarantee

We take pride in offering our customers the longest Low Price Guarantee in the furniture industry. At Bel, we are committed to providing the best prices on quality home furniture. If, within 180 days from the date of purchase shown on your receipt, you find a lower price, we will match the advertised price of any in-stock item we carry. Simply bring in the current, printed advertisement of the same item from any competitor (excluding internet specials), and we will gladly credit your account with the price difference in the form of in-store credit only. Please note that the in-store credit balance is valid for use within 30 days from the date it is issued. Please be aware that internet or website specials and sale events on the website may not be covered by the 180-Day Price Guarantee, whether from Bel Furniture or another internet retailer. Additionally, internet or website specials, events, and clearance merchandise are not eligible for in-store purchases.

180-Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee

Our 180-Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee is exclusive to BEL Mattress Company, a division of BEL Furniture. This guarantee sets the longest time frame offered in the mattress industry, and we take pride in providing this benefit to our BEL customers in collaboration with our bedding manufacturers. Below are the details of how this sleep comfort guarantee works and the customer requirements to take advantage of it: - Only premium mattress sets qualify. See store for details. - All initial sales must be made as a 2Pc Twin, Full, or Queen Set, and for King size, it must be a 3Pc Set. - Customers must keep the mattress for a minimum of 30 days from the original delivery date, which is the accepted adjustment period for a new mattress . - The mattress can only be exchanged once within the 180-day period (from the date of delivery) for a mattress model of equal or greater value. If the selected mattress is of greater value, the price difference must be paid. - To qualify for an exchange, the mattress must be free from any stains, soiling, tears, burns, odors, or any obvious signs of abuse. Therefore, it is a strict requirement that customers purchase a premium mattress protector at the time of the original mattress purchase from BEL Furniture's mattress department. The exchange must be facilitated on a BEL Furniture delivery truck, and customers must pay the $149.99 delivery fee. No pick-up of merchandise is allowed from either a store location or the BEL Furniture Distribution Center for a mattress exchange. Reselections on clearance items, floor samples, mattress foundations, adjustable power bases, soiled or misused items, special orders, or size swaps are excluded from the guarantee. Bel Furniture reserves the right to update this policy when needed and without notification.
