We process and ship orders the same day if your order was placed Monday-Friday before 12:00PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays).

During checkout we will show you the cost, estimated delivery time, and for international shipments we will also show you taxes and duties.

US Shipping Methods

As we grow, we will continue to improve our shipping rates and options. We value your business and have done our best to provide solid rates for you right from our launch!

For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):

•At check-out we will show you the cheapest, the fastest and the best value for the cost. We will also show you estimated arrival time and any additional taxes (taxes apply to the state of California).

For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):

•USPS and FedEx are used for the Non-Contguous US. Please note that Remote Area Surcharges may apply.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via US Postal Service, DHL, and Fedex. Depending on your country, some other couriers may be available. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments. Customers are responsible for Tax & Duty on orders, but we include them in your total shipping costs.

We believe in transparency. All Duties & Taxes are included in shipping costs and pre-paid to expedite your delivery through customs.

In-Person Courses

At KILO, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining the quality and integrity of our live courses. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to help you understand your options:

Full Refund Eligibility: To receive a full refund for a live course, cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to the course start date. This allows us to manage resources effectively and accommodate other participants.

Credit Option: If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you have the option to keep your payment as a credit towards any future purchases with KILO. This credit can be used for any of our offerings and provides you with the flexibility to choose a more convenient time or different course.

Cancellation Within 30 Days: For cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date, a $250 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee helps cover the administrative costs and resources allocated for your reserved spot.

Early Termination Fee Policy for Online Coaching Membership

We are committed to providing exceptional coaching services to support your growth and success. To maintain the integrity of our service agreements, we have established the following early termination fee policy for our online coaching memberships.

Membership Commitment: By enrolling in our online coaching program, members agree to a specified term of service. This commitment allows us to allocate resources effectively and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

Early Termination Fee: If a member chooses to cancel their membership before the end of the agreed term, a $500 early termination fee will be applied.

Cancellation Process: Members wishing to terminate their membership early must submit a formal cancellation request in writing via email.

Fee Payment: The $500 early termination fee will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced directly. Members will receive a confirmation email once the fee has been processed.
