30-Day Return Window

•Customers may return their ArisPro system within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

•To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, and components included.

Restocking Fee

•All returns are subject to a $200 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refundamount.

Refund Method

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

•Please allow 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected for therefund to be processed.

Non-Refundable Items

•Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

•Any damages, missing parts, or signs of excessive wear may reduce the refund amount or voideligibility.

How to Initiate a Return

•Contact our customer support team at [support@aris.com] within the 30-day return window.

•Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
