All packages are sent recorded delivery. Loss or damage via the postal services requires a claims form to be completed by yourself with your Socom Tactical invoice. Refunds are at management discretion and may incur a re-stocking fee (15% + postage) Custom two-tone guns can not be returned unless faulty. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging. If we believe that an item has been used the item will be retained until postage is paid to us for the return of the item. Please contact us before hand. Please note if we are liable to return postage I.E incorrect item we will only refund upto cheapest method.

Example if you are returning a £10 item and choose to send it special delivery next day at £20 we will only refund you for standard delivery with proof of posting.
