Our standard lead times for our custom made furniture is approximately 8-10 weeks and then we will arrange delivery.

Our flat rate Shipping Charges for UK Mainland are as follows -

Sofa - £120

Chair - £85

Dining Chair - £65

Footstool - £65

Headboard - £65

Discount for multiple pieces.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and more remote areas might require additional time and could incur additional delivery fees due to the accessibility of their locations.

International Delivery

Items ordered for delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches the specified destination. It is your responsibility to pay in full any such import duties and taxes. Please contact us for a quote for International Delivery.

If you prefer to have a clear understanding of delivery charges prior to ordering, we encourage you to contact us for a precise quote.

Delivery Process

•On completion of your order, we’ll be in touch to advise we have booked in delivery with our courier. Deliveries are carried out by a third party depending on location and number of pieces.

•The delivery company will aim to have your furniture delivered within 10 working days from collection.

•The delivery company will make direct contact with you via Text Message, Phone Call or Email to confirm a delivery date and update

•Please inform us in advance of any site access restrictions.

•The delivery company are happy to unpack your furniture in the room of your choice and remove any packaging upon request.

Showroom stocked items can be returned within 14 days if you change your mind. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. It is the buyers responsibility to cover the return costs.

We hope you’ll be happy with your beautiful, bespoke furniture. However, if you find any fault with the furniture on delivery, you can return it to us to repair or replace free of charge.

For fabric only orders, in the unlikely event of a fault, a return can be arranged for fabric that has been uncut only. Returns must be arranged within 28 days after receipt.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement but may incur a fee based on production status and costs involved.
