Singapore (Pick-up)

How do I opt for pick up for my order?

For customers shopping with us in Singapore, we offer free pick up! Simply opt for the 'Pick up from Thryft Hub' option at check-out.

When will my order be ready for collection?

After you place your order, you will receive an email notification from us when your order is ready for pick-up.

Do note that your order will take approximately 5 - 10 business days to process before it's ready for pick-up. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Where do I collect my orders from?

Find us at Thryft Hub , 120 Lower Delta Road, #01-15, Singapore 169208.

My order is ready for pick-up! When can I come down to collect my order?

Once your order is ready, please note that orders must be collected within 14 days after they are ready for pickup. A $10 administrative fee will be charged for orders not collected within this period.

Thryft Hub is open daily from 1 - 6pm, except for Public Holidays & Public Holiday Eves. Please check our Google hours if you're unsure whether we'll be open!

Singapore (Delivery)

What's the shipping fee?

All orders above S$30 are eligible for free delivery. A shipping fee of S$4 is charged for orders below S$30.

Can I use my credits?

Customers using credits can pay for shipping using their credits if the order value is below S$30. Orders above S$30 paid using credits are eligible for free shipping.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days on a next-day delivery service. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Malaysia

What's the shipping fee?

We are delighted to offer FREE delivery for all orders above RM80 to Western Malaysia.

If an order is below RM80, a delivery fee of RM15 is applicable to the order.

For orders to Eastern Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah), a live quote based on prevailing shipping rates is provided by our partner, Shippit, upon checkout!

When will my order arrive?

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days, and may take up to 7 - 12 business days to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Australia

What's the shipping fee?

We are delighted to offer a flat-rate delivery of $25 for orders above $100.

For orders below $100, a live quote based on prevailing shipping rates is provided by our partner, Shippit, upon checkout!

When will my order arrive?

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days. For flat-rate shipping, it may take 5 - 8 weeks for the shipment to arrive. For standard shipping, it may take up to 7 - 12 business days to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Philippines

What's the shipping fee?

We are delighted to offer a flat-rate delivery of ₱900 on orders above ₱3,500.

For orders below ₱3,500, a live quote based on prevailing shipping rates is provided by our partner, Shippit, upon checkout!

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days. For flat-rate shipping, it may take 3 - 6 weeks for the shipment to arrive. For standard shipping, it may take up to 7 - 12 business days to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

When will my order arrive?

An estimated transit time will also be provided upon checkout, which estimates the time taken for the order to reach you after it has been picked up. We pack and have your order ready for pick-up within 2 - 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please note that you are responsible for any local taxes and shipping. This may include any applicable local sales tax, VAT and similar taxes that applies to your delivery location.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please c ontact us , and we will correct the situation, quite often without the need for you to return anything!

Note: We cannot take action for you after an item has begun to ship, so changes of heart or alterations to an address you have entered cannot be accommodated and may accrue a restocking fee.

We will honor returns and refunds, where appropriate, if we're contacted within 30 days of the date the order was placed.
