Order Cancellation PolicyCancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of the original delivery date. The RA number will expire 7 days after issuance, so we encourage you to return the product promptly.

Changed Mind or Better Price

If you no longer need the product, changed your mind, or found a better price, you can request a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of the original delivery date. The RA number expires after 7 days, and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Returns without a valid RA number will be rejected and may incur additional charges.

Reimbursed Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to our errors (e.g., incorrect product delivered, product shipped in error).
