All our products are custom made to order, this is great for the environment - this minimises waste and only what is in demand is manufactured and shipped.
Standard International (5-30 business days) shipping times are unfortunately not guarantees, they are estimates only. While we do our best to have your products in your hands as fast as we can to help you share Jesus ASAP, these shipping times do not include the manufacturing of products prior to shipping. Please also be mindful of peak manufacturing periods (Oct-Dec) and allow extra time when ordering during this busy sale and gifting season.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30-day exchange on defective or damaged policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding an exchange for defective or damaged goods that arrive in this condition. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and images of the defects and/or damageTo start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@threadlightapparel.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
