You must return the item in its original box with all the accessories that came with the product. Ground shipping is free, however if you paid for overnight or 2nd day shipping, then that expedited shipping is not refundable. For items shipped to Canada, Mexico, PR, VI, or anywhere else international buyer is responsible for return shipping. For warranty past 30 days the customer is responsible to get the item back to us. Note: Items with physical damage un-related to shipping are not covered under warranty.
