Please note that large, fragile or higher value items are available only via DHL for international delivery. Orders are usually despatched the same day if ordered by 3pm or the next business day if after, though larger orders may be delayed to complete security checks.

UK

All parcels that do not fit through the letter box now require a signature. Each includes SMS or email notifications and the ability to add a neighbour as an alternative can be done directly via the tracking once the parcel has been scanned by Royal Mail.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. One free return label will be provided for UK customers only.

The original postage (if paid for) will not be refunded. Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from purchase within 7 working days of the date the item is delivered. Please ensure the items are unused, sealed and packaged securely.

Delays & Damage

In the unlikely event of loss or delay, Royal Mail require us to wait 5 working days to investigate. For European parcels, the wait is 20 working days & the rest of the World 25 Working Days.

We make every effort to ensure all orders arrive in immaculate condition, but if you feel your item has been damaged in transit please email us ASAP with a photo, where possible we will replace the damaged item.Government Import Taxes

Should you reside outside of the UK or EU, customs tax may be charged by your government are your sole responsibility, we have no control over these taxes. This does not apply to delivery via DHL DUTY PAID.
