When will my order ship?

Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2-3 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 2 to 3 additional business days!

Pick Up In-Store

When can I pick up my order?

Standard Orders - We typically have pickup's ready for you the day of! Sometimes we need 1 business day to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!

Can I add or remove items from my order if it is pickup in-store? If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!

I accidentally selected "Pickup In-Store". Can I change this to ship to my address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make changes to your order! heyhoneyneb@gmail.com -308-730-2375 We'll do our best to get your goodies to you as soon as we can!

•Due to high shipping costs this does exclude Hawaii and Alaska, sorry!

•We offer in-store pick up for online shoppers! Just select In Store Pick Up as the shipping method when you check out

Note: You will still be asked for a shipping address if you are choosing In Store Pick Up.

•Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the order date.

•You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been placed, and a separate email once the order has been shipped.

•If you want your order to require a signature you may put that in your "order notes" and we will make sure we put that on your shipping label.

•If your package is sent without a signature please note that Hey Honey Boutique is not held responsible for packages that are "confirmed delivered" with USPS, Fed Ex or UPS and show up missing.

START A RETURN What is your return policy? Our return policy is 30 Days from the day your order ships from our warehouse. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a return after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

What is my responsibility when making a return? Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse. Please ensure the item(s) you are returning fall within our Return Policy and that they are packaged properly! We ask that you package your order the same way you received it. We are not responsible for lost items, damaged items, or items returned to us by mistake.

Shoes Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer.

Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from 5% up to 30% depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale? All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!

Can I return items purchased online in stores? Absolutely! We'd love for you to come visit us in store to exchange out your items within our policy guidelines! We have an incredibly stunning boutique storefront waiting for you. ! Be sure to check our hours first!

How long does it take to process my return? Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. A sparkling, ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

I returned an item and have not received my gift card code yet! What do I do? If you have not received an email with your gift card code 5-7 business days after we have received it here, please let us know!
