Methods of Shipping:

All orders are shipped using trusted courier partners including Canada Post and UPS. Shipping transit times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Courier selection may vary based on the size, value, and destination of the order to help ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

For high-value shipments over $5,000 CAD, orders are typically shipped via UPS due to enhanced insurance coverage and tracking support.

For international shipments, UPS is recommended for higher-value orders as coverage and claim support may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier handling procedures.

Shipping Rates

Most Canadian orders over $200 CAD and U.S. orders over $250 USD qualify for free standard ground shipping. Free shipping includes coverage for standard service areas and insured shipments up to $1,000 CAD. Certain remote locations and oversized or heavyweight items, including pool tables, may be excluded from free shipping eligibility.

Select apparel, posters, and photo print products are made to order and may use calculated shipping rates based on the destination, product type, and fulfillment location.

Avoid shipping costs with in-store pickup. Valid on all local orders. Place your order online and choose to pick up your order from our store in Oakville, Ontario. Please wait for your order to be fulfilled to come and collect your order.

Please note that you will only be able to select Local Pickup when the stock in your order is available at a location. If an item in your order is out of stock at a location, you will not be able to select that location for pickup.

In the case that an expected item is not available at our store location, we will contact you.

Expected Shipping Times:

All in stock products are shipped within 1 business day. Standard lead times on items with custom options are typically between 3-7 business days before they can be shipped but are subject to availability.

Shipping lead times are subject to carrier and may differ depending on the shipping method chosen and distance travelled. Spot On Billiards is not responsible for delays caused by the courier nor any customs or brokerage fees for international shipments.

International Orders, Brokerage, Duties & Customs Fees:

Spot On Billiards is not responsible for any brokerage, duties or customs fees incurred through shipping. The customer will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all import fees. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total of any accepted returns, any import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Partial Shipments:

We will contact customers for orders that are not fully in stock that may be eligible for partial shipping.

Damaged Products:

If you suspect that a package has arrived damaged, please refuse the shipment or request that the courier note the damage on delivery before signing for the damage. This will aid us in expediting insurance claims. Please do not dispose of any packaging as the courier may inspect the package before processing a claim.

If any item arrives damaged please notify the courier and contact us immediately and we will help in replacing the product in a timely manner.

Short Shipment & Shipping Errors:

Please inspect and report any non-damage related issues within 2 days of delivery. If you experience missing items or shipping errors contact us directly and we will rectify the order. Please note that in some cases there may be more than one shipment for your order which will be noted in the packing slip included in the shipment.

Return Windows & Policy

Standard Returns: We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Spot On Billiards does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Restocking Fee: Standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.

Shipping Insurance: When shipping an item back, please keep it in its original unopened packaging and insure it for its full value. Spot On Billiards cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. Spot On Billiards reserves the right to reject return requests if there is evidence of use, damage, alteration, or abuse to the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or cancellations on the following items once the order has been processed:

Customized Items: Any item altered from its original state. For pool cues, this includes but is not limited to tip, ferrule, wrap, taper, and joint changes.

Used Items: Pre-owned cues and cases (full details and measurements are provided on our website prior to purchase).

International & EU Orders

International Shipments: The customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, and/or taxes incurred on orders shipped internationally.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard return conditions (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@spotonbilliards.com.
