If you are unsatisfied with your product, Surf Ontario offers a 15 day return policy from the time of pick up or delivery. Equipment must be unused and in original condition. Surf Ontario offers a 30 day credit or exchange for equipment unused and in original condition and returned with all with tags, if any.
Shipping charges for returned goods purchased online are the responsibility of the customer.
Used, Demo or Damaged in Transit boards are final sale.
Surf Ontario reserves the right to charge a stocking fee for boards bought and not collected from the store.
