Orders over $100 shipped within the contiguous 48 United States qualify for free shipping. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $12.99.

Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production and handling prior to shipment.

We primarily ship using FedEx. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Carrier transit times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your delivery location.

Domestic Shipping Availability

At this time, we ship only within the contiguous United States and select U.S. territories available during checkout.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or Palau.

Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.

P.O. Box Shipping

Some smaller items may be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please note that shipping carriers and delivery methods may vary depending on the product and destination.

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Returns

We're proud to provide free return shipping labels for qualifying orders within the contiguous United States.

Please note that certain large-format artwork sizes, including 48"x48", 60"x40", and 56"x29"are excluded from free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on these items.

Free return shipping applies to all other eligible products. Additional large-format or freight-shipped items may also be excluded from free return shipping based on carrier limitations.

Due to freight handling requirements, return shipping costs for large-format artwork typically range from approximately $200–$300 depending on size, weight, destination, packaging requirements, and carrier rates.

If you would like to request a return, please email support@FineArtCanvas.com and include your order number along with the item(s) you wish to return.

We recommend adding support@FineArtCanvas.com to your Safe Senders list to help ensure our response does not get filtered as spam or junk mail.

Once we determine your order qualifies for a free return, we will provide a return shipping label and return instructions.

For customer-paid returns, we strongly recommend repackaging the artwork exactly as originally received to help avoid additional shipping damage or carrier surcharges.

Refunds

Once your return shipment is in transit, please email us your return tracking number so we can help ensure prompt processing of your refund.
