Shipping rates All items ship for free to UK mainland addresses. Shipping to Northern Ireland is £20-£30 for Possum Play Couches, and £15 for Shapes, Covers, and Liners. Shipping discounts apply for items purchased together. Final shipping calculated at checkout.

England & Wales: 1 -3 business days

Scotland: 1-4 business days

Northern Ireland: 2-5

business daysShipping modifications Once your order has shipped, unfortunately we're unable to modify shipping information (eg, incorrect address) or add/remove items. If you've made a mistake, email us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can try to make updates. If your item has already been processed for shipping we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make any changes (but we’ll certainly try!) and you may be charged a redelivery fee.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your Possum Play item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately we are not able to process refunds if your Possum Play item has been opened/unboxed. To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hello@possumplay.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to complete the return. Shipping costs for returns - both original and return - are borne by the buyer and will be deducted from your refund amount. Standard return shipping cost is £30 for Possum Play Couches ( £ 15 each way) , and £20 for Shapes, Covers, and Liners (£10 each way) in mainland UK. Shipping to Northern Ireland is £40-£60 for Possum Play Couches (£20-£30 each way), and £30 for Shapes, Covers, and Liners (£15 each way).

Please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been received back at our warehouse for it to be processed and your refund issued.

If your product is damaged or has an issue when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and 2-3 photos of the issue on hello@ possumplay .co.uk so we can make things right!
