Lezat ships internationally as well. We use a third-party application to calculate shipping, taxes and duties so we can collect and share with you the landed cost at checkout.

Lezat will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Returns are free for U.S returns only. Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return.

1. Ensure your items are refundable.

3. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Is my item refundable? We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. If items are not returned in the new condition, the customer will be notified and the products will be sent back to them. All products which are showing FINAL sale cannot be return.

Do I have to pay for return postage? No. For international orders, at this time we do not accept returns from orders shipped outside of the United States.

How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will be issued as store credit used. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return is processed.
