At XIX Leather, each item is crafted by hand by a sole maker, ensuring that every piece receives personal attention and the highest level of care. We take pride in offering both custom-made and in-stock products, and our shipping times reflect the craftsmanship that goes into each piece. Hand-Made Goods: Our hand-made items require up to 4-6 weeks to complete and ship, as each piece is individually crafted to order by our sole maker. Please keep this in mind when placing custom orders.

In-Stock Items: In-stock items will typically ship within 10 days of purchase. We aim to ship these products promptly, but high demand may occasionally impact shipping times.

If, for any reason, there are delays beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Thank you for choosing our XIX Leather! Each of our products is handmade with care, and we hope you’re delighted with your purchase. Since everything we create is made by hand, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Returns for Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly make it right. Please inspect your product upon receipt. If you notice a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at issues@xixleather.com, and we’ll arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Defective items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange is needed for other reasons. We do accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles, but since each item is handmade, there will be a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a store credit or process an exchange, minus the restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items
