Base shipping is free to all of the lower 48 United States* on all orders! We strive to offer the lowest possible shipping rates to all other locations (Hawaii/Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, and international). We also offer very competitive expedited shipping rates. We use USPS, UPS, and Freight Services for shipping carriers. We choose the most cost-efficient carrier(s) for all orders.

*There may be additional fees for shipping to U.S. islands, including but not limited to Nantucket and the Florida Keys.

Ground Package Service - Most orders under 500 pounds are shipped via a ground package service, including UPS Ground, USPS First-Class, or USPS Priority. A tracking number(s) is provided via email upon shipment. Some orders may include multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers and sometimes multiple carriers. By default, these packages will be delivered to your doorstep whether or not you are there to sign for them.

Freight Service - Large orders, including those with over 10 kettlebells, bumper plate sets over 500 lbs and combination orders, are shipped via an LTL freight service. A PRO/tracking number will be provided upon shipment. For these shipments, you must be at the delivery address to receive them from the carrier.

Upon receipt of your freight order, we ask that you inspect your items.

Make sure nothing is damaged. Any visible damage to the product should be noted with the freight delivery person. Make sure you have received everything that you ordered. Please note that all freight deliveries are curbside services. Doorstep deliveries (i.e. deliveries down driveways, private roads, etc.) require a "white glove" freight service which is not included in our free shipping. If you would like a white glove service we would be happy to schedule the freight with a special carrier, however the financial responsibility of the shipment cost will rest with you, the customer. ***All special deliveries made in this manner are subject to the driver's discretion and may not be guaranteed if the driver deems the delivery a risk to the truck or trailer.***

Tips For Navigating Freight Service - By default, we ship these with a scheduled appointment; this means that you will be contacted 24 hours in advance to discuss a deliver window (usually 2-4 hours). If you would like to get your delivery a day earlier, you may be able to contact the carrier and remove the appointment. If you call the carrier the morning of the delivery, you may be able to give them your contact information and ask for a call 30 minutes before delivery. Always have your PRO/tracking number handy when contacting the carrier.

Orders ship from Austin, TX, unless noted otherwise.

UPS can take 1-5 business days.USPS can take 1-3 business days Freight Services can take 1-7 business days Issues with weather, holiday scheduling, or other issues out of our control may cause delays. We will do all that we can if you experience any issues with your shipment.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at team@fringesport.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@fringesport.com.

Refund/Exchange Policy We offer a 365 day Money-Back Guarantee on every product we offer. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged excluding shipping upon return of the complete order to us. Warranty Policy Shipping Costs If the product is within the specified Warranty period, Fringe Sport will issue a prepaid return label for the product and assume the cost of said label. Fringe Sport will also assume the cost for shipping the replacement or fixed product back to the customer.

Warranty Procedure We suggest you contact our tech support team first by calling 512-201-4404 or emailing sales@fringesport.com to verify the issue you are experiencing is covered. If the issue is covered, a new product will be shipped out within 2 business days and a return label will be issued for the defective product. Upon receipt of the new product and return label, you must ship back the defective product within 5 business days.

365-Day Warranty All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 365-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure.

Manufacturer Warranty Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranties. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service, or for service after the warranty expires.

Lifetime Warranty Lifetime warranty is given to: Bomba 20kg Barbells (when purchased with said warranty), Bomba Expandable Pull-Up Rigs. This warranty is for replacement of like items only. Lifetime warranty does not cover items out of production if FringeSport.com no longer stocks them. This warranty is valid only for the original buyer but not transferable. Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.

Out of Stock Policy • The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks. • Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. • Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery. • Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.
