Delivery Information

We have a number of delivery options depending on how quickly you would like to receive your order and where you need it to be sent. All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends or bank holidays. All orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the Tuesday of a bank holiday weekend.

Standard Tracked Delivery (£3.95); 3-5 working days

We offer free Royal Mail 48 delivery on all orders over £50 within the UK

Next Working Day Guaranteed Delivery (£6.90)

We offer Express delivery within the UK. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday to be dispatched the same day for delivery within the following 2 working day (before 17:00). Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

European & International Delivery (£14.95 / £25)

We offer FREE European and International Tracked/Signed For Delivery on orders over £100.

Missing Orders – Once your order is dispatched we are reliant on our delivery partners to deliver safely, securely and on time. If your order is not received within 5 working days after dispatch please contact us so that we can rectify the situation and also investigate this further. In the case of International orders please allow 10 working days for delivery.

Incorrect Address - If the details entered at checkout are incorrect, and you haven't informed us of a change of address prior to dispatch, we will be unable to replace or refund this order until it is returned to us by the delivery partner.

If an item is returned to My Expert Midwife as undeliverable, or uncollected from the delivery depot we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.

If you require your order more urgently or have any special requests please email advice@myexpertmidwife.com prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs

We hope you will enjoy using our products but in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at advice@myexpertmidwife.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund or exchange. The order will need to be returned to us in its original packaging, in the condition it was received and in an unopened and unused state, within 14 days of your request for a refund.

It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) to us, and we recommend obtaining a proof of postage when returning your items, or using a trackable service such as Royal Mail’s recorded delivery or special delivery.

My Expert Midwife cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods whilst they are being returned, and will not be able to issue a refund until the items have been received at My Expert Midwife, Unit 4 Stoneacre, Grimbald Crag Close, Knaresborough, HG5 8PJ.

If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied we will refund the postage costs, otherwise you will be liable for any costs incurred.

Damaged/ Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or are suspected to be faulty, we will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Care Team via email to advice@myexpertmidwife.com including, where possible, a photograph of any damage or fault.
