The majority of our products can be returned within 45 days. Items eligible for return must be brand new, in unused condition, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact and purchased directly from our BÉIS website. If the item does not meet these criteria, it does not qualify for a return.

We offer easy returns so that you can shop with confidence. We also offer easy returns, minus a $10 handling fee. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit. Please be aware that a refund is dependent on the successful return of the item to our designated warehouse. We will and/or may need to verify receipt before processing the refund.To ensure a smooth and safe return, please package your item(s) carefully and thoughtfully to avoid being damaged on their journey back to us. BÉIS is not responsible for any damage or loss during the transit back to us.

If you accidentally sent the wrong item to BÉIS, you should contact our Customer Care Team as quickly as possible. BÉIS does not store items mistakenly sent and cannot guarantee that the item will be found. BÉIS does not provide compensation for incorrect items sent to us.

Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.
