The Routine

Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 Shipping to the United States:

•We ask for 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Holidays.

•For customers shipping packages to the US, all orders under $75 (after all discounts are applied) are charged shipping.

•Orders over $75 (after discounts) have free shipping. Orders shipped within the continental US have 2-7 day transit times with ground shipping. Alaska and HI have longer transit times. This is expected.

•We do offer expedited shipping at checkout. Keep in mind that expedited shipping begins when the order ships - which is after our standard order processing times.

•We ship with USPS/UPS/DHL/OnTrac. We are not liable for any delays caused by the USPS/UPS/DHL/OnTrac for any reason.

•If you are experiencing complications with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. For most cases, Fount Society is unable to provide any additional information or changes to your shipment once it has left our facilities.

•Fount society is not liable for any lost packages due to address errors.

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Custom Duties & Charges:

•Most countries impose a customs duty and import tax on goods from abroad (this is not rare). These customs duties and import taxes are beyond our control and may delay your package from arriving on time (this is rare). Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or future accommodations for customers receiving customs duties or import taxes.

•If you are unable or simply do not wish to pay the customs fee, your package will be returned to us and you will only be penalized for the cost of shipping your package.

•You will be refunded upon receiving your order back at our facility.

If you are unhappy with your products after purchasing or trying them out, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order. Qualifying returns must be at least 50% full. You can receive a full refund (minus handling fee of $10) to the original form of payment or store credit . Returns are available to US customers ONLY. The cost of the handling fee will be deducted from the refund . We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return based on internal policies.

Additionally, partial returns of bundles are not allowed. Gift cards and initial shipping costs are non-refundable. We will happily send a replacement if a product arrives broken or damaged. A photograph of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Regular wear is normal with use and is not covered by our return policy. Defects that inhibit the use of the product warranty a replacement .
