SHIPPING POLICIESWe try our best to ship out your order the next business day after we receive your order. Sometimes it will even ship the same day IF your order was placed early in the day. This is what we TRY to do and what happens MOST of the time. However, if your item is on backorder or out of stock, shipping will be delayed. We will email you if there is a delay in shipping your order.HOLIDAY SEASON: We will still do our best to get your order out as fast as we can but there are possible delays of 1 to 2 business days before orders are shipped.SHIPPING METHODSShipping is calculated based on the weight, number of boxes and distance.We recommend using USPS for most USA bound orders, as it is often the most economical. Shipping on most orders (mainly clothes) within the United States is $3-$6 for orders up to $49, $6-$9 for order up to $89, $9-$15 for orders up to $139, $12-$25 for orders up to $199, etc.We offer UPS or FedEx as an alternate form of shipping if you need accurate or time sensitive shipping. If an order needs to arrive by a certain date - please let us know asap.International orders can be shipped either via UPS, FedEx and USPS. We are not responsible for any extra fees, such as customs duties that countries may impose on your order or brokerage fees.NOTE: Some items cannot be shipped internationally and your order will be cancelled.Some items are too large (i.e. Furniture) to be shipped via regular methods and will be sent via freight. To keep cost as low as possible, delivery via freight will be curbside unless asked otherwise. After that, we may be able to get it to the USPS/UPS but it is not a guarantee.USPS priority takes 2 to 3 days and USPS first class is 3 to 5 days. All US shipping destinations include a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. If you require signature confirmation to guarantee delivery, please contact us for pricing information. International orders that are sent via USPS first class do not have tracking number. If a tracking number is required or signature confirmation is needed, use UPS International.We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier to either UPS or FedEx unless you specify otherwise.Some items require extra shipping costs as they are larger or heavier than most. These costs are reflected as handling charges but may need further extra payment to cover the extra shipping costs. We will contact you with an estimate of these extra charges once we have the weight and dimensions of your order (this is especially true for international orders).FREE SHIPPING:At times we offer free shipping on some items. Free shipping on furniture and other freight items will generally mean curb side delivery or doorman/ground level delivery. Free shipping only applies to the continental US and is sent via Ground or Ground Advantage. If our site mistakenly gives you free shipping outside the continental US, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or provide you a quote to ship your order.

If the site gives you Free Shipping but you had chosen a different shipping method other than Ground, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or provide you a quote to ship your order.SPECIAL SHIPPING NEEDS:If you have a particular situation (narrow doors, walkup, etc.) or require a different level of shipping service, such as inside delivery or white glove, please contact us at (646) 290-5508.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/ TRIBECA NYC STORE PICK UP:If you live outside the US but are either planning to travel to NYC or are giving a gift to someone that plans to pick up at our Tribeca, NYC store location, please select the US as your country. This way, it will allow the system to recognize the option for a "local pick" up. Your billing address can still international.BUY ONLINE WITH INSTORE/CURBSIDE PICKUPBabesta will contact the purchaser when an item is ready for store pick up and where/when it can be picked up. Babesta is not responsible if purchaser comes prior to verification and may not have the item ready. To pick up, purchaser must have a copy of the online confirmation, a photo ID matching the order and the CC matching the order. Purchaser will be asked to show the ID, CC, and sign a copy of the order confirmation. The signature will be compared to that on the card. Babesta has the right to ask for additional verification for phone orders or cancel orders that are flagged for fraud.

We keep our prices as low as we can for our valued customers. To continue to keep our prices so low, we cannot incur the return shipping charges unless it is our error. We appreciate your patience and your business.

What is your online return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return policy works:

Within 10 days of delivery (or held at the store for pick up): You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

Between 11–30 days of delivery: We'll issue Store Credit equal to the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost). Store credit is issued as a Gift Certificate redeemable online or in store — if redeeming in store or by phone, please have your certificate number ready.

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be:

•Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

•Returned with all original tags attached and in original packaging and original condition.

Items returned without original tags or original condition may be subject to a $10 per-item or 20% restocking fee (which ever is higher), as we are unable to resell tagless items as new and will need to discount it as an open box item.

Sale items, safety, hygiene and custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

The following items are non-returnable unless unopened and in original sealed packaging:

•Car seats (for safety reasons)

•Hygienic products (sippy cups, changing pads, pacifiers, etc.)

How do I return something bought online?

Returns are easy with Redo Returns — here's how it works:

•Visit your Order Details page and click Create Return Request to initiate your return.

•If the button isn't visible, your item may be outside the return window or marked as non-returnable. Call us if you believe this is an error: +1 (646) 290-5508

Return Shipping:

•If you purchased Redo Package Protection at checkout, your return label is on us — free of charge.

•If you did not add Package Protection, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend shipping with tracking, as we cannot process refunds for items that don't arrive.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5-10 business days. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Adding Redo Package Protection at checkout protects your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit — and gives you a free return label if you need to send something back. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, simply file a claim and we'll make it right quickly, no hassle.
