Standard Shipping utilises select ground shipping services including UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Our standard shipping service typically takes 2-3 business days to reach you once the order has been placed. Shipping and delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, such as weather-related delays.

Cut-off times: • In all cases, orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day*. • Orders placed after 3pm, will be shipped on the next business day. • For the DPD Saturday service, you must have placed the order by 3pm on the Friday.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping Description: We offer options for international shipping using DPD and DHL.

Terms: By checking out with any international shipping option on crazycreek.uk, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

•Buyer understands that by purchasing international shipping, they are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

•Import duties and taxes to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Crazy Creek UK is, in no way, responsible for these costs.

•Buyer agrees to pay duties and all import fees associated with the shipment.

•If the buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specifically duties and/or taxes, Crazy Creek UK shall be allowed to withhold the shipping and fulfilment cost incurred on the order from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received by Crazy Creek UK. If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, no refund is due to the Buyer.

•On rare occasion the post office in the destination country may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery or pickup. In this situation the buyer agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery or make the pickup.

UK Returns:

Crazy Creek UK has a standard 30-day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Items listed as FINAL SALE, Limited Edition, or Limited Quantity are not eligible for returns.

Crazy Creek UK will cover the cost of return shipping.

To make a return, please email support@crazycreek.uk and include your name or order number. We kindly ask for 3-5 business days once your return shipment has been received to process the refund.

International Returns:

Crazy Creek UK has a standard 30-day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Crazy Creek UK unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipments rejected at customs due to customer request or refusal to pay duties are not considered to be a return. Voluntarily rejected shipments are subject to these terms.

Items listed as FINAL SALE, Limited Edition, or Limited Quantity are not eligible for returns.
