Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Box Sock will be processed and packaged within 3 business days. For Schedule Me In Planners, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS according to your selected shipping option during check out. We cannot guarantee a shipping date as we do not control USPS or UPS.

Box Sock Refund and Return Policy: No one wants a used sock (wink wink). Therefore, there are no returns or refunds on any Box Sock products, all sales are final. This includes digital products; no refunds are accepted, as materials are available immediately upon purchase.

If your ring box doesn’t fit within Box Sock Pocket dimensions then we recommend adding our Mini Ring Box or just using your ring in the pocket. Box Sock pocket dimensions are 2.5 x 2.5 inches and hold ring boxes 2 inches x 2.5 inches x 1.75 inches (WxLxH) or smaller. Note top of box may stick out of pocket depending on various ring box materials and sizes.

Schedule Me In Policy: Schedule Me In returns are only valid up to 14 days. Schedule Me In Planners must be unused and in a protected condition in which it was mailed to qualify for a refund.
