Shipping Policy and Timelines

We aim to provide clarity on our shipping timelines to help you plan your orders. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary, especially during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

US Shipping

Standard Shipping : Estimated delivery within 8-10 business days.

Fast Shipping : Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (orders must be placed by 12 PM EST for this option).

International Shipping

Canada (CAN) : Estimated delivery within 2-10 business days. Expedited options are available. Delays may occur due to the CUPW strike; we are working with our international carrier to reroute shipments to last-mile carriers.

Mexico (MX) : Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.

United Kingdom (UK) : Estimated delivery within 8-14 business days.

Australia (AUS) : Estimated delivery within 11-19 business days.

Rest of the World : Estimated delivery within 8-14 business days.

Holiday Shipping Cutoffs To ensure the best chance of receiving your order by the holidays, please place your order by the following dates:

US Standard Shipping : 12/11

US Fast Shipping : 12/18

International Shipping :

Mexico/Rest of the World: 12/2

Canada/United Kingdom: 12/6

Important Notes

All orders are delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

We strive to fulfill orders promptly but may be unable to make changes once an order is placed.

Orders are fulfilled in-house, including custom label printing, to ensure quality and accuracy. Please allow an additional processing time of 12-24 hours for standard orders and 24-48 hours for custom Tile orders.

Store Policies

Domestic Returns

Return Eligibility: Requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Label and Timing:

•Upon generating a return label, customers have 14 days to drop off the return with the carrier for a full refund.

•If the return is not dropped off within this 14-day window, a refund will not be issued.

Restocking Fee: Domestic returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International, FPO, APO, and DPO Returns

Return Eligibility: Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Approval and Timing:

•Once the return request is approved, customers have 14 days to ship the return using a carrier for a full refund.

•Returns made beyond this 14-day period after approval will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs:

•Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale and Promotional Pricing

Non-Tiered Sales:

•Refunds or store credits will be issued based on the original price paid.

Tiered Sales:

Full Refunds: A full refund is only available if the entire order is returned in its original condition.

Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is returned or if an unshipped part of the order is canceled, a partial refund will be issued based on the current MSRP, less any applicable promotional discounts.

Price Matching: We do not match promotional pricing on previously returned orders.

Gift Returns

Refund Method: Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.

Order Information: If you are not the original purchaser, please provide the order number.

Customized Products

Final Sale: All customized products are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Capsule Returns: If returning a Capsule containing a customized tile, the refund will reflect the original purchase amount minus $6 for the customized tile.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:

•Gift cards

•Gifts with purchase

•Hats

Damaged Products

90-Day Guarantee: We offer a 90-day guarantee on our products for issues beyond normal wear and tear, separate from our 30-day return policy.

Replacement Only: If a product is deemed damaged within 90 days of the delivery date, a replacement will be provided. Refunds are not available for damaged products.
