•US: Free standard shipping for orders over $55. For orders under $55, shipping is $8.95.

•Canada: Free standard shipping for orders over $125 CAD. For orders under $125 CAD, shipping is $13 CAD.

Hungary: Free standard shipping for orders over Ft35000. For orders under Ft35000, shipping is Ft3500.

Poland: Free standard shipping for orders over 400 zł. For orders under 400 zł, shipping is 45 zł.

Romania: Free standard shipping for orders over 500 lei. For orders under 500 lei, shipping is 45 lei.

Sweden: Free standard shipping for orders over 900 kr. For orders under 900 kr, shipping is 95 kr.

For Canada orders over $125 CAD, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.

For UK orders over £135, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.

For EU orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are included in the pricing. No additional fees will be incurred upon delivery.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hi@jonesroadbeauty.com with tracking information.

Kindly note that we will process your request as soon as possible. For EU orders over €140, a €6.95 (or local currency equivalent) restocking fee applies per return and will be deducted from your refund.

We accept returns within 30 days and exchanges within 45 days of delivery, with the exception of kits, sets, limited edition products, and apparel, which are final sale. Returns or exchanges may be limited based on program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept exchanges on international orders.
