Transit times are calculated on checkout. Our shipping is weight and dimension based - many of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers all over the world. We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience. Our shipping is not-for-profit center.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes BÉIS Travel to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees BEIS Travel may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay any additional taxes & duties not covered at checkout in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

DOES BÉIS PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUTIES AND TAXES?

Duties and taxes are collected at checkout for a more transparent transaction and easier delivery for our customers. We do not make any money on this service.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We'll keep you updated via email and we'll send the tracking information as soon as your items have shipped. We use UPS to ship all orders in the US and DHL internationally. If you need to change your address, customers have a one-hour window to request an address edit. Please contact customer service at hello@beistravel.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees. If we are unable to edit your address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to see what they are able to do for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days.

I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT, WHAT DO I DO?

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. BÉIS is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.

hello@beistravel.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier (UPS or DHL).

The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 45 days. Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, in unused condition, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact and purchased directly from our BÉIS website. If the item does not meet these criteria, it does not qualify for a return or exchange.

We offer free exchange requests and easy returns so that you can shop with confidence. We also offer easy returns, minus a $10 handling fee. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit.

Please be aware that a refund is dependent on the successful return of the item to our designated warehouse. We will and/or may need to verify receipt before processing the refund.

To ensure a smooth and safe return, please package your item(s) carefully and thoughtfully to avoid being damaged on their journey back to us. BÉIS is not responsible for any damage or loss during the transit back to us .

If you accidentally sent the wrong item to BÉIS, you should contact our Customer Care Team as quickly as possible. BÉIS does not store items mistakenly sent and cannot guarantee that the item will be found. BÉIS does not provide compensation for incorrect items sent to us.

To request a return, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Page and select the “Returns” option. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Page and select the “Quality Guarantee “option within 45 days. Please follow the prompts and provide the requested information and we’ll take care of the rest.

Orders placed with our retail partners Revolve.com, Indigo, Anthropology, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com are subject to the return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt for information on their return policy.

Abuse of Return and Exchange Policy

We've created this Return and Exchange Policy to make sure our customers receive the product of their choice. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who make fraudulent returns, violate and/or abuse the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy, including, but not limited to, making excessive returns, returning products that are no longer in original and brand-new condition, returning non-BÉIS items and/or routing a return to a non-designated BÉIS return warehouse site. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time at our discretion.
