Wild Thread Studio offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Domestic Shipping

Free ground shipping applies to all qualifying orders shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are not included unless otherwise stated. Shipping carrier and service level are selected at our discretion.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within approximately 5 business days from receipt of order. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays and may vary slightly during high-volume periods or for custom-made items.

Shipping Transit Time

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Wild Thread Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Exchange Shipping

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Wild Thread Studio is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Policy for Custom-Made Goods

All items are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all custom-made goods are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We take great care to ensure accuracy and quality at every stage of production. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photographs of the issue. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Normal variations in color, texture, stitching, or material are inherent to handmade goods and are not considered defects, but rather part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers.
