FURNITURE COLLECTIONS

Due to the size, weight, or specialty construction of our Al Fresco, Waterhouse, and Daisy collections, standard shipping is not available. These items ship via Threshold or White Glove delivery only, and cannot be expedited due to the specialized handling and coordination these services require.

Threshold Delivery: Items are delivered to the nearest dry, protected area — such as a front door, garage, or building lobby.

White Glove Delivery: A premium service that includes in-room placement, unpacking, and optional debris removal.

What to expect:

•You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email or SMS with a tracking number marked "Other."

•Threshold and White Glove deliveries are scheduled in advance.

•White Glove deliveries require a signature on completion.

•The carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a convenient delivery day.

THRESHOLD DELIVERY

Threshold delivery brings your order to the nearest dry, accessible area of your home. This typically means:

•The front door of your home

•An accessible garage or carport

•The lobby of an apartment building or similar entryway

The goal is to leave your delivery in a secure, weather-protected spot without our team entering the interior of your home. It's ideal if you prefer a quick, low-touch handoff.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Our premium White Glove Delivery service handles every step of getting your order into your home — from unloading to final placement. Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days after your order is fulfilled. This service includes:

Careful Handling: Your items will be delivered with the utmost care, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition.

Assembly and Setup: Our team assembles your items and positions them exactly where you'd like in the room of your choice.

Removal of Packaging: We take away all packaging materials and leave the area clean, so your space is ready to enjoy.

•In-Home Placement: Items are carefully moved, installed, and handed off to you — no lifting or setup required on your end.

BULKY SHIPPING CHARGES

Some of our products are oversized or heavy and carry an additional handling fee to cover bulky shipping. These fees apply per item, in addition to the shipping method selected at checkout, and are not covered by free shipping promotions.

$30 — all 35 lb and 55 lb Umbrella Bases

$50 — all 90 lb Umbrella Bases and the Reclining Pillow Lounger*

*Items in the $50 tier are not eligible for Express Shipping. Some U.S. territories and international regions may not support oversized items — eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, estimated arrival times and free shipping offers do not apply. Your cart will automatically calculate UPS and DHL international shipping costs. Orders to the UK and EU include all import taxes and duties in the listed price. For orders to all other destinations outside the US, import taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.

Resort Market Umbrellas, Furniture Collections, and bulky items are not available for international shipping.

LOCAL PICKUP

We do provide order pickup at our retail locations, pending product availability. To place your order with them, please contact the respective store using our Store Locator .

Please note that exchanges are not available for Furniture Collections or Resort Market Umbrellas.

We have a 30-day return/exchange window in which you can return your order for a refund or exchange. To return it, the product(s) must be in original condition, fully intact with the original packaging and tags. If the product is received with any signs of wear and tear, an additional fee may be deducted from the refund, at our discretion. All items included in our online Warehouse Sale are Final Sale and not eligible for our returns policy.

We have a shipping + restock fee of 20% (Not to exceed $200) that will be deducted from your refund. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.*

We do not offer labels for purchase for any returns of orders placed outside the Contiguous U.S. or USPS labels. This includes PO Boxes, APO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international returns.

*We offer free Returns should you choose to exchange your order instead of refund! Go ahead and process your exchange in our portal, and the Shipping + Restock fee will be waived for you!

For Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please fill out the form here . Make sure to include photos of the damage on the form. After the damage has been reviewed by our team, we will arrange for either the necessary replacement parts to be shipped for repairs, the item to be returned to us for repairs, or a full replacement of your order. If the item isn’t available anymore, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

If we request for a return of the damaged/faulty item, we ask that you please ship it back in its original packaging with all tags in place.
