We ship from Denmark to all European countries - local VAT is included.

We ship to the US and Canada. On international shipments, taxes and custom fees may apply according to the country. For US orders, duties apply on orders above 800 USD.

Delivery will be made by independent delivery companies depending on the type of goods, your location and the delivery service you have chosen. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. The specific cost of delivery will appear upon settling the order.

Shipping with Postnord Tracked is only available for low weight orders (maximum 2 kg). The delivery is 6-14 days.

Bowgearshop ships orders as soon as possible, and aim to ship orders maximum 3 days after order confirmation. The time of delivery depends on your location, normally this is from 3-10 days.

Shipments can be tracked via the tracking email or on other international shipping sites.

Cost of shipping is added to the order and is liable to the customer.

It is also possible to pick up your order in 2800 Lyngby, Denmark - so called 'Local pickup'. Danish VAT will be applied if local pickup is selected.

Returns Our policy for returns are 14 days. The time limit starts from the day you have received your order, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are a consumer, in relation to remote sales you have 14 days of cancellation according to Consumers Act, starting the day of receiving the order. If you wish to cancel the act, you must fill out the withdrawal form which you also find a link to on your order confirmation mail. It needs to be printed/scanned and returned with your proof of purchase to info@bowgearshop.com or Bowgearshop, Skovshovedvej 23b, DK-2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can be returned but will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item shows signs of use we reserve the right to make a fair deduction from your refund. You will be notified by mail about the deduction and thus you can choose to have your goods returned to you at your own cost. If you are approved - and you accept the amount - then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bowgearshop.com

GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over DKK 500 / 70 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
