We ship using recycled materials wherever possible. We use the Royal Mail/USPS service for regular shipments or Hermes courier service for specialist parcels. We get delivery notification.

We ship free f charge worldwide. If you would like a courier, tracked delivery then please ask and we will quote you a price.

We have a 14 day returns policy, this means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order in which to notify us of your wish to exchange your item for a replacement or return your item for a refund. Once you have notified us of your intention to return your product you have a further 14 days to do so.

For us to be able to issue an exchange or full refund ( minus any import duties or additional fees imposed by your country ) your product must be in an unused and undamaged condition and preferably in its original packaging.

Unfortunately products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.

Whether it is an exchange or a refund you need, please get in touch with us first to discuss your issue with the product. If we can not resolve the problem to your satisfaction we will issue you with an RMA number for your return that needs to be included inside the package.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your product with its enclosed RMA number we will check that everything is in order and issue you with your refund within 72 hours of receipt.

Please remember that we will only refund the cost of the original purchase, additional fees and or import duties incurred on the original purchase can not be refunded.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We are sorry but shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage when returning a product to us. We recommend that you use a trackable insured service when sending back your item for exchange or refund.

We can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit to Pulse Gallery.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately and we will sort out the problem for you.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be refunded.
