Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is processed, and ground shipping normally takes an additional 3-5 business to be delivered.

During sale periods, orders are generally shipped within 4-6 business days after being processed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Priority orders need to be placed by 4pm EST

Orders from $0-$75 ship for $6.95Orders from $75 - $299 ship for $12.95Orders from $299 + ship for $15.95

Products purchased from dealers or elsewhere should be returned to the dealer.

For refund or exchange of products purchased directly from Eberlestock: You may return products for refund or exchange up to 45 days from the date of purchase.

You must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by Eberlestock. Email us at customerservice@eberlestock.com to receive your RA#

Products must be in new, unused condition. Hangtags must be left on products.

A record of your purchase from Eberlestock must be included.

We will refund your purchase price (this does not include shipping charges), less a 10% restocking fee.

Returns not meeting the terms of this policy may be refused.
