📦 Shipping Policy

At Hazel & Fawn, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the information below regarding how we ship, deliver, and handle issues related to missing or delayed packages.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or carrier delays.

Please monitor your tracking information to ensure someone is available to receive your package, especially for deliveries requiring a signature or for high-value items. You may contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange a time when you are available for delivery.

Delivery Confirmation = Order Fulfilled

When the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) marks your package as Delivered , the order is considered fulfilled and complete. Delivery may be confirmed by any of the following:

A carrier tracking scan with a timestamp

A delivery photo at your address

A mailbox, mailroom, or front door scan

A digital or physical signature (if required)

•Confirmation from the carrier of GPS coordinates that confirm delivery

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing, including those that are lost or stolen after carrier confirmation.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Double-check around your property, mailbox, neighbors, or with household members.

Notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery so we can investigate.

Signature Confirmation & Secure Delivery

Some orders may ship with signature required based on order value or delivery location. If someone at the delivery address signs for the package—even if the name does not match the order—it will be considered valid proof of delivery under carrier policy.

Hazel & Fawn is not responsible for unclaimed packages or missed delivery attempts.

Shipping Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to the terms above and acknowledge that once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it becomes your responsibility. We are happy to help you further investigate with the carrier but cannot issue refunds or reshipments for packages that show confirmed delivery.

At Hazel & Fawn, we believe in our baby products and we know that you will love all of them too. That is why we gladly accept returns on all of our new items. Returns for new items must be in new condition with original packaging.

We accept returns for up to 90 days after you purchase an item. Returns after 60 days will receive store credit in lieu of a refund.

For sale and outlet items we are unable to give a cash refund. The issue of store credit or an exchange for sales items is dependent on the condition of the item and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted for car seats, strollers, or outlet items.
