Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

10% (minimum of $20)

Standard Freight

10% for orders under $7500 (minimum charge of $175)

Standard Freight, Large Transaction

Orders over $7500 qualify for flat rate shipping of $249

White Glove

25% (minimum charge of $350)

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Item remains in factory packaging. Outside delivery, shipped via a small parcel delivery service such as FedEx or UPS.

White Glove Delivery – Includes delivery, unpacking of goods, assembly, item placement, and packaging and debris removal. These items ship on specialized carriers with limited tracking visibility. Final delivery will be made by a third party vendor.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship to FPO and APO nor PO boxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customercare@gabriellawhite.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Custom Items are not eligible to be returned.

Please Note

● A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

● All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. Our returns team will work with you to schedule pick up of your items and we will credit your account on the original payment method (minus the 35% restocking fee and any return shipping fees) once your return is received in good condition.
