All orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 5 business days of purchase (though we ask for a little extra time during our large sales and any new product launches). Please make sure the address is correct, including your Paypal and Apple Pay address if you checkout with either of those, as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order.

In an effort to get your orders our faster, our shipping software will automatically combine shipments when it is able. However, we are unable to accommodate requests to manually combine orders or refund shipping charges. Orders that are combined result in a heavier package, which means more postage is required to ship the order.

We would be happy to help you with your return. Any product that has not been used or washed, is still in its original packaging, and has been purchased in the last 30 days is eligible for return. Once we receive the item back to our facility and have ensured it meets the return criteria, we will issue a shop credit for the purchase price of the item (refund will not include shipping charges). International orders, sale items, and in-person sales are not eligible for return.
