Shipping Policy We pack and ship orders twice a week, usually on Mondays and Fridays. All orders are sent via  Stallion Express . This third party service allows us to offer significantly discounted domestic and international shipping rates compared to standard mail service. Please select your desired shipping method carefully based on costs and timeframes, as once an order is placed we are unable to adjust the shipping method. We do not ship to Russia at this time. All shipments are sent fully insured. In the case of lost or damaged shipments, we are only able to process a refund once the insurance claim has been completed. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate and complete address information, shipments that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Returns & Warranty Policy RETURNS + EXCHANGES New/sealed items (excluding cartridges & styli) may be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days in their original condition and with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method and will be less original shipping costs if applicable. Exchange copy shipping costs, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer. Returns for new/sealed items that have been opened/are not in their original condition or returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Used/preowned items picked up or purchased in-store can only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days in their original condition and with proof of purchase. Any used/preowned items purchased with shipping are final sale. Cartridges & styli are final sale. We reserve the right to inspect all returns to ensure the items are in their original condition. Local pickup orders not retrieved within 3 months will be automatically refunded and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. WARRANTY New/sealed vinyl which has been opened and found to have manufacturing defects can be exchanged for a replacement copy or store credit if a replacement copy is not available.
